  4.     Every person has the right to the news (whether it's the REAL news, or
  5. not).  With those damn vending machines, it is sometimes hard.  Or should
  6. I say USED to be hard.  I've spent countless hours on public transportation
  7. with nothing to do, but guess the other commuter's names.  Now I always
  8. have something to do, read the censored news, for free (and for a good laugh).
  9. Who wants to pay for a bunch of lies and infatuations on paper?  Not I.  So,
  10. I devised a sure method for obtaining a newspaper from any newspaper vending
  11. machine, at any time.  It's easy, causes NO damage to the vending machine,
  12. and it's easy to go undetected while doing it.

  14.        Materials Needed:
  15.              1) Thin wire coat hanger
  16.              2) Pair of wire snips
  17.              (not too much to ask, huh?)

  19.        Steps:

  34.                      bend the wire so it has the same curve

  36.                      you, just make a nice even curve in the
  37.                      wire.

  40.     You now have a newspaper vending machine opener!!
  41.     To use it is quite simple.  Stick it into the coin
  42.     slot of the newspaper vending machine that has the
  43.     paper you want to get for free.  Stick it in all
  44.     the way.  There is not need to be forcefull, it is
  45.     *very* easy to open.  Wiggle the hanger around until
  46.     you hear the latch open.  Pull the door down, and
  47.     steal as many papers as you like.  Isn't that simple?
  48.     This works on every newspaper vending machine you'll
  49.     come upon.  Just keep jiggling the hanger until it
  50.     pushes the latch open.  It gets easier and quicker
  51.     with practice.  I can open any newspaper vending
  52.     machine in the matter of 4 or 5 seconds.  (Something
  53.     to be proud of, huh? <g>).
